How credits work

An exploration (opening a topic into new cards) costs 10 credits.
Lighter actions (Unpack, Check Sources, Compare per card, Trace, card explanations) cost 5 credits.
If an action fails before it produces anything, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Credits are part of the service: they have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

Billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, charged in INR through Razorpay (cards, UPI and other methods Razorpay supports). The plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Credits for the month are added to your account as soon as each payment succeeds. Noctura is a digital service: there is nothing to ship, and access starts immediately.
Cancel any time from Profile → Plans. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Upgrading starts the new plan at once; downgrading takes effect when the current period ends.
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Use of the service is subject to the Terms of Service.
